Today's Church Announcement

The lent season starts in March for a period of 40 days, and will lead up to Resurrection Sunday (Easter).  Lent is observed by the Christian community as a way to reconnect with Christ with a heart to hear his voice, perform random acts of kindness and charity, and intensify their prayer life. The benefit of Lent is to receive a greater spiritual awakening, a renewal of faith, and a closer walk with the Lord by surrendering to His will.

Congratulations to Emmanuelle and Rocsan Reyes on their 12th wedding anniversary.  May the Lord continue to pour His blessing upon this couple and their little girl, Cheska.

Bible study will continue to take place every Friday at6:00 pm.  To prevent a hardship to anyone, the location will be changed to the sanctuary.  If anyone wants to hold the session at their home in conjunction with another event, that would be fine.  However, the sanctuary will serve as the default location unless advised otherwise.  Members will be notified via Facebook of adhoc changes.

We' re making preparation to hold a baptismal service in May.  Those individuals who have surrendered their  life to Christ and want to make a public acknowledgement of this fact via baptism are requested to contact Pastor Gordon.  The date and time of the service will be announced soon.
